Please note average delivery times within EU are 4-7 working days and within US 7-10 working days. If you have not received your order within these timescales please check your tracking number (mailed to you when your order is dispatched). We have had instances where the local postal system have not left a card to inform the customer that they have tried to complete a delivery but this information will be detailed on your tracking history.

It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to regularly check the item's progress through the postal network and to call to their local collection office (with ID and the tracking number) to pick up their order if they have missed a delivery. Collection offices will retain the package for up to 2 weeks after a missed delivery before it is returned to us. We need to recharge for delivery if an item has been returned to us (as the postal system in your country will have already charged us for attempted delivery regardless of whether a card has been left or not).

If an item has been lost in transit we can claim these costs back through our insurance but Royal Mail (UK postal system) will not commence an investigation into the case until the package has been missing for one calendar month (packages very rarely go missing).

Customers are responsible for any import duties applied through international customs.
