Within Canada parcels are sent by regular postal mail.
To all other countries all shipping costs are surface mail which takes approximately 4-10 weeks for delivery. If you require air mail please contact me - air mail takes approximately 7-14 business days for delivery - but the shipping costs will be higher. PLEASE REMEMBER ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE.
Please be aware that the above is all estimated delivery times. At times delivery is quicker and at times it could be slow. During the Christmas holiday rush items could take longer. I have no control over the efficiency of the postal services.
Sorry, but Canada Post does not include glass with any insurance claims. We try our best to pack our items with great care.
