Why is my package taking so long to arrive?

I am located in Canada and things can get tied up in customs if I am shipping out internationally. I can't be held responsible for these delays as I utilize Canada Post and they are experiencing a very high parcel volume.

Is the free shipping to Canada a specific speed?

The free shipping to Canada is sent as an oversized packet. If you want to upgrade your shipping to include tracking or a faster speed, please contact me to pay for that option.

Why hasn't my package been delivered?

There may be an issue with your mail carrier. I do my best to ship items out on time - but sometimes there are issues beyond my control. I will work with you to file a report and work on creating a favourable outcome.
