Unfortunately it arrived first time with the spelling of the name incorrect. It was corrected and re-sent but a slightly disappointing experience.

Payment
The only payment method Retro Ragamuiffins accepts is Paypal. Payment needs to be made within 3 days of your purchase
Shipping
Retro Ragamuffins will post your order within 3-4 days of your payment being cleared.

All items are shipped via Autralia Post, and via Australia Post Air Mail to International destinations. Delivery times will vary but please allow up to 3 days within Australia and up to 14 days for International postage.

Your purchased item(s) will be shipped to the address that is on your PayPal account, so be sure your account address is accurate before you purchase your item(s).

Retro Ragamuffins is not responsible for lost packages or damages during delivery. I take care to protect your product to prevent this, but accidents do happen.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me for a refund or exchange of your item for another of equal or lesser price. Exchanges or refunds must be done within 10 days of the shipping date on your invoice. To arrange for a refund or exchange you must contact me via convo. Items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped before a refund/exchange can be made. Your return shipping fees will not be refunded.
