Returns and exchange details
I love happy customers. If you're unhappy because you feel the item was misrepresented (and I try very, very hard not to do that) then please don't worry...you're not stuck. Just let me know within three days of receipt of item if there's a problem. But please let's talk before feedback is exchanged. Item must be shipped back to me within a week. As with most retail outlets, the buyer pays the return shipping which is non-refundable. Please use the original box and packing material. When the item is received back in the condition it was sent, payment will be refunded immediately back to the buyer's PayPal account. See...wasn't that painless!
Payment
Payment is due when purchase is made.
Reserve listings are possible in most situations, but won't be held longer than one week.
Shipping
We must ship to your registered Etsy address so please make sure your address is up to date and correct.
All shipping is through the United States Postal Service. Tracking and insurance are always included.
All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts in the proper sized box...and shipped from a clean, pet-free, smoke-free home.

I choose every item I sell with the utmost care. I'm also a buyer of online goods, so I know from experience that purchasing an item online requires a certain leap of faith. So please be assured that I buy items for resale as carefully as if I were buying them for my own collection.
Items with a condition more serious than a "flaw" will not be offered at Retro Revival.
