Hello,
My name is Ewa (pronounced as Eh-va) and I'm a bit obsessive about vintage design, mostly Mid Century, Modernist and Art Deco. I opened this Etsy store as an outlet for my growing collection of vintage homewares. I tend to get attached to those items and it's not easy to part with some of them but I need to make space for more!

Frequently asked questions
How do you ship the parcels?

The parcels are sent by registered priority post. More expensive items are insured as well.
In rare cases the shipping cost may be considerably lower than estimated, if that happens I will refund any shipping overages.

Do you offer cheaper shipping options?

It depends on the item, in some cases it may be possible to use a non - registered post. In this case I'm not responsible for the lost items though. If you'd like to take that risk, just message me before you buy.
I can also offer the economy post which is a cheaper option but then the shipping time is considerably longer.

Will I be able to track my parcel?

I will always give you the tracking number, however the cheaper shipping services (usually under 14 USD) to USA and Canada are trackable only within Poland. If you don't see any tracking updates after it left Poland don't worry, it doesn't mean that the parcel is lost.
If it's important to you to see the tracking information all the way down till the item gets delivered to you please contact me before you buy.

What happens if the parcel is lost?

In that case I will give you a full refund after 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date.

If you don't receive your parcel after 4 weeks please contact me and check your local post office. In some cases the parcel may wait there for you.

If the parcel gets lost because you provided me with a wrong address, I will be able to give you the refund (minus the shipping cost) only if the parcel gets returned to me.

Can I return the item?

Yes of course. Please contact me as soon as possible if you'd like to return your order. I will provide you with all the information then. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
I will refund the cost of the item minus the shipping cost once I receive the returned parcel.

If I get the parcel back because it was not claimed from the post, it will be treated as returned item.

I received a damaged item

I pack the items very carefully. However if it comes broken or damaged please send me the pictures of it and the inner and outer packaging as soon as possible. Depending on the damage I will give you a full or partial refund.

Condition

All items are vintage and usually well used so please allow for some imperfections. I always try to describe and photograph any flaws but if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase please contact me and I'll try to find a solution.
