Because each one is a pre-loved antique, vintage, or retro item, returns are not accepted. Please make sure you look at the pictures, description, and ask us questions if you have any, BEFORE you purchase. Only if we have completely misrepresented the item, and you send it back to us at your cost, we will discuss a refund with the customer.
