Payment
Payment is appreciated at the time of check out. We accept payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal to check out using their website. www.paypal.com

Orders must be paid for in full before they are shipped. If paying with an electronic check please understand that your order will not ship until it has cleared (normally 5-7 business days from day of payment).

If you need to pay using a different resource, please contact us and we will work with you to suit your needs!
Shipping
All pieces are handmade by the artist. The time-frame for shipping each piece can be found in the listing, items normally ship within one week of purchase.

Anastasia Rinaldi ships via USPS first class parcel post.

Orders over US $200.00 are shipped via Priority mail with insurance.

If you are in need of faster shipping please let us know!

INTERNAITONAL customers: Parcels shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS first class international post. These items can take between 1-6 weeks to arrive once they are shipped. Anastasia Rinaldi is not responsible for any charges you may encounter in your country for the delivery of your package.

Anastasia Rinaldi is not responsible for international packages that are lost in the mail, although it is a very saddening experience, we cannot be held responsible for the USPS mix-ups. We urge you to file a claim through the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase from us, please read the descriptions carefully before ordering.
We do not offer refunds due to the delicate, and dedicated work that is put into each piece, however we will gladly give you store credit if the item is returned in original, unaltered condition.

Any concerns with your order should be reported within 10 days of receipt. Concerns brought up to us after this date will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
