All of our polish is handmixed in small batches and we try very hard to represent our polish as accurately as possible in swatches and bottle photos. Additionally, because our polishes are handmade and mixed in small quantities, there is a possibility for variations in each batch. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

We accept Paypal, debit/credit cards, and Etsy gift cards as forms of payment.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days; however, this time may increase at busier points in the year to up to 2 weeks processing time. Announcements will be made prior to implementation of a slower turnaround time.

We ship from near Akron, OH in the USA and are currently shipping both in the United States and internationally. Domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that an order upgraded to priority shipping does not shorten the processing time.

Cost of shipping is automatically calculated based on your location in accordance with USPS rates. An additional $0.25 handling fee is added for each item to cover the cost of materials required for shipping.

Please note: We ship to countries outside the United States via first class international mail. We have chosen this route because it is a more cost effective way to ship to our international customers. Unfortunately, it does not guarantee delivery. If you would like us to ship your package through a different route, we are happy to do so at the cost of the buyer. International customers may be charged customs or VAT fees for their order. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the buyer.

Our polishes are carefully bubblewrapped and shipped in padded bubble mailers or indestructible boxes to protect them during transportation, but we will replace damaged polishes if something does happen during transit.
