All of our items are professionally cleaned and polished. Every order is packaged in our custom velour boxes that are branded with the Revival logo you see in our profile photo.

For US orders, this shop covers shipping and shipping insurance for each purchase, at the value paid for the contents.

International shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight, value and location, and cover shipping insurance, expedited courier rates, handling and packaging costs, and all packaging deliverables. International buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties, VAT taxes, etc., required for delivery, as Etsy purchases DO NOT cover these expenses.

In most cases, rings can be resized up to 2.5 or 3.0 sizes either up or down. Oftentimes, resizing rings past this point requires more specialized smithing, as the arc of the shank will need to be reworked and any decorative attributes of the piece will likely need to be recreated.

Revival Fine Jewelry does not offer resizing services at this time, so please consult your local jeweler PRIOR to purchase if you believe you will require resizing.

Keep in mind that if you resize a ring post-purchase, it is not eligible for a return or refund because it has been modified.

All purchases are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS. All shipments are insured for their purchase value. Once items are dispatched from the shop, orders are legally considered courier property; we insure orders because the shop is not legally responsible or liable for items' condition or whereabouts while it is in transit.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, a case with the courier can be opened. If an item is damaged upon receipt, the shop reserves the right to refuse a refund, though a claim may be filed with the courier for damages.

BEFORE leaving a review, please contact us if an item you ordered arrived damaged. We do not want this occurring anymore than you do, and we want to work with you toward a resolution!

Layaway is available for full priced, non-sale items priced $600 USD or higher (Items may not be combined to attain price-eligibility).

We offer 3-month/90-day maximum layaway plans. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due upfront to reserve the item and pull it from public sale on all our platforms. The remaining balance is divided up into three subsequent monthly payments. Taxes and other legal fees are not calculated into the payments, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All layaway payments and purchases are considered final sale (non-refundable, non-returnable, non-transferable). If late, a $20 fee is added PER DAY to an overdue payment until paid.

Message to set up your layaway plan!

Please follow these steps to return:

1. Notify the shop of an intention to return within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
2. The item(s) must be shipped back to the shop, in either original or new packaging, within 7 days of confirmed delivery. All materials (gift box, inserts, cards) must be returned with the item(s).
3. We will neither accept nor refund returns declared after the 3 day window or returns postmarked after 7 days of receipt.
4. Customers are responsible for generating an insured return shipping label (international customers included) and letting us know the tracking and your returned parcel is damaged or lost in transit, you will not be refunded.
5. A 10% restocking fee (of the purchase price), applicable to ALL purchases.

In consideration of MANY fees, pricing of all items is configured based on shop cost including taxes; comparable items across reputable platforms including auction sites, museum archives, and online antiques venues; rarity and condition of stones, and quality of components, wear from age, authenticity and craftsmanship of design; historical and cultural significance, provenance, and collector desirability.

We reserve the right to decrease, increase, alter and adapt pricing. Pricing is the sole discretion of every small business. All jewelry prices on any platform by any seller are subjective valuations.We strive to accurately date all items as precisely as possible using our experience, education, trained eye, research and expertise.
