I am currently in the process of expanding my product offerings and shop listings, so please check back often to see what I have added lately!
Accepted payment methods
Returns & exchanges
Payments can be made via PayPal or with a credit or debit card through Etsy's direct checkout process. If you are local or I will be in your area, I am more than happy to arrange for pick up or delivery where you can pay in cash at the time of receipt. I also sell gift certificates that can be used to purchase items in my Etsy shop.
Payments are expected to be received within 10 business days of the order being placed. Any items (including custom made items) not paid for within 30 days will be considered a cancellation of the order and the items will be returned to stock. All custom items require a deposit before work can begin, and must be paid in full before delivery. Please contact me to make arrangements for payment of custom orders.
Depending on my order volume, it usually takes less than 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped out (custom orders will take longer to process). Larger and more complex orders may take longer. You will receive an email with a tracking number once it has been sent. I cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected mail. Please be sure your address is correctly entered and that it is a secure location to be shipped to. Unfortunately, if it is delivered and left on your doorstep by the post office, and someone takes it before you get home, there is not anything I or the post office can do. (This has happened to me, don't let it happen to you!)
Whenever possible, I recycle and reuse shipping materials. You may receive a box from me with several crossed out logos and labels, or a bubble mailer that has been resealed with tape. Padding your merchandise might be plastic grocery bags or my shredded junk mail. It may not look very professional, but it is much better for the environment!
Additional policies and FAQs
Unfortunately, because of the nature of the way I received the items I use in my designs, I often have no idea what exactly they are made of or what their origin may be. Therefore, I make no claims of the the exact materials used (words like "gold" and "silver" are just colors to me, not the metals I use) and I do not recommend my items be given to small children or anyone with severe allergies, or allowing them to be placed in anyone's mouth. In other words, please do not eat the jewelry!
