Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ORDER and HOOP ART
- Ria Paramita Handmade Goods cannot accept refunds or exchanges on any personalized/custom order and hoop art items due to the handmade nature. Please consider before making a purchase. If you do have an issue with your order, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve it.

REFUND IN-STOCK ITEM(S)
- If the case of a faulty product were found or seller sent a wrong item, please file a complaint within 3 days after the item is received. Any complaint beyond that period of time will be considered as void.

- Refund will only be eligible after the item is returned in perfect condition, labels and original packaging are fully intact.

- Refund will be processed through Paypal within 7 days after I received the returned product.

- Only the portion of the purchase price actually paid by the buyer will be refunded ( please note that it does not include any shipping fee), and buyer shall not be refunded the full price if the item were at discounted price.

- Returned product shipping expenses and additional shipping an exchange will be incurred to the buyer. Additional payment needs to be processed through PayPal.

- Refund complaint will automatically cancel if the return package was lost because of buyer input an incorrect seller's mailing address.

- Ria Paramita Handmade Goods cannot accept refunds or exchanges for any destroyed package (on all items) by local post office because it was unclaimed packages, lost in transportation, buyer gave incorrect mailing address or those with unpaid customs/duties.
Payment
- Ria Paramita Handmade Goods accepts payment through PayPal, the secure online payment system. You can choose the PayPal option during the checkout.
Please note, buyer still can complete the payment with credit card without having a Paypal account.

- Payment must be cleared within 24 hours after the order is made.

- Any cancellation request will only be accepted within 24 hours after the payment is completed.

- Any cancellation requests submitted beyond the 24 hours time period will be considered as void.

- The package will not be shipped until the payment is settled.


PERSONALIZED ORDER.

- Any personalized order with frame will affect the shipping cost (shipping charges will be based on item's weight.)

- Any request(s) that require additional charges will be communicated prior to the production.

- Additional payment needs to be processed through PayPal.

- The production starts only after the payment is completed.



REVISIONS

- Extra charges will be imposed for any major revision(s) that is different from the approved sketch, this includes any replacement/modification (details, outfit(s), hand embroidery, etc.)
Shipping
- All goods are shipped from Japan.

- Item(s) will be securely packaged with cardboard boxes and/or bubble wrap or padded envelope.

- Some shipment will be processed through Airmail or SAL (Surface Air Lifted) via JP-Post service. This type of shipment will not provide any tracking number nor insurance services, please contact us before purchase if you need an upgraded shipment.

- Some shipment will be processed through EMS via JP-Post service, this includes shipping insurance and a tracking number for each package.

- EMS is limited to certain areas, please visit the following link to check the service area http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/country/all_en.html

- For some countries and areas which are not covered by EMS service, the package will automatically send with Airmail or SAL service.

- Ensure that correct shipping address prior to shipment delivery, customer need to respond seller's email regarding validation shipping address confirmation within 24 hours. If there is no respond to address confirmation email within 24 hours, the package will automatically send to customer's Etsy/Paypal/order form billing address. Any damage/lost package because of invalid address is beyond my responsibilities.

- If in the case of item(s) that was sent by EMS had never arrived at its destination and there is no significant update info from their website, please contact your local post office immediately. Your local post will keep the unclaimed package for 14 days and will return it to the sender.

- Additional shipping fee inccured for any returned package by local post office to the sender because the addressee is not available at the time of delivery or invalid address given by the customer. Additional re-delivery shipping fee payment needs to be processed through Paypal. The package will not be shipped until the payment is settled.

- Any destroyed package by local post office because it was unclaimed packages or those with unpaid customs/duties is beyond my responsibilities.

- Any lost package caused by thievery or the false recipient such as package signed by neighbour/another resident at your location is beyond my responsibility. Please further escalate at your local post office.

- International deliveries may take 2-6 weeks depending on the shipment type and the destination country. It may take a little bit longer due to some conditions such as customs, bad weather, holidays, natural disaster, etc.

- Please note that any issues regarding the delivery/shipping times are beyond my responsibilities.

- Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at the point of entry to the buyer's country.

LOST PACKAGE

- If in the case of item(s) that was sent by EMS got lost in the mail or had never arrived at its destination, not because of incorrect mailing address, please contact your local Post Office that the item was lost as soon as possible. Once you file a report of a lost item, the Post Office will conduct an investigation in this respect.

- I will report a lost item to JP Post as well and they will ask your local post to do an investigation. The investigation can take about a month or less depends on the case.

- Replacements or refunds can only be made after the investigation has been completed and the final confirmation that the package was lost in mail has been received. Then I will proceed to claim the shipping insurance (only for EMS) to JP Post.

- Please send me your favorite selfie(s)/photo(s) to
Etsy's conversation or ria.handmadegoods [!at] gmail.com

- Delaying order form submission and sending photo(s) will automatically extend the processing time and cause a delayed delivery.

- I will send you a sketch and the materials photo(s) that I will use in your order. The production will start after I received your feedback/approval within 36 hours. After 36 hours the customer will be deemed to agree with the sketch.

- All material are limited to the craft store availability in my area. If the material were currently unavailable, I will switch to other similar material without prior notice.

- To create a custom order, please allow me to work for 6 - 14 business days (or more), the time length will depend on the design difficulties. Please consider any design aspects before placing an order.

- Any revision(s) will extend the processing time.

- Photo(s) of the final product will be sent prior to shipment.

- If the customer didn't give any response/feedback for revision(s) to the final product photo(s) within 24 hours, the customer will be deemed to agree with the final product and the item will be sent 3-6 days after on business days.

- Any revision(s) on final product beyond the 24 hours period will be considered as void.

- Please note that photo(s) is not an accurate representation of the product. Its physical properties, such as colors, and details, may appear different.

- Any photo(s) of the product preview may appear different depending on your color monitor, resolution, and/or type of brand.

- Finished personalized item will be share on Ria Paramita's social media. Your personal info such as photos and name will remain private.
