PLEASE READ****

I will no longer be cutting more than 10 yards at a time. Example if you order 20 yards of one ribbon it will come in 2-10 yard increments. Sometimes the ribbon is sliced on my end and it makes it harder for me. I seem to be left with a lot of scraps. thanks for understanding!!

~My current processing time is 2-3 business day prior to shipping your order. That does NOT include weekends and Postal Holidays. If you need something shipped sooner, please contact me before purchasing to ensure I can accommodate your request. I try to respond to messages/emails as quickly as I can, Monday-Friday. Weekends may vary as I do have a family & life!! Delivery normally takes 2-5 days business days after shipping. Delivery times may be extended during holidays. Also do to many issues with USPS I will no longer issue refunds due to their error. PLEASE ask to purchase insurance so you are covered. Thanks for understanding.

Once your order is being shipped, you should receive an automated shipping notification. Please note: I ship via USPS, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you want to add insurance to your order for an additional fee, please let me know.

I accept PayPal and Direct payment via Etsy. Payment is due within 24 hrs of purchase. If you are paying by e-check, your item will ship after the check has cleared.

Shipping
I ship within 1-3 Business day Monday-Friday not including weekends and Postal Holidays.
All items ship USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority. All packages come with delivery confirmation. If you would like to buy insurance for your package please let me know in advance so I can add it on.
**PLEASE NOTE** If you do not purchase insurance and your package is lost due to the USPS I am not responsible for your package. I will NOT refund your purchase or shipping.
