Well made and adorable on my little one.
Accepted payment methods
In order to facilitate fast shipping times, I do request that you make payment within 48 hours of your purchase. If no payment has been made at that time I will attempt to contact you. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 72 hours unless you contact me. After that you will need to re-purchase your items with prompt payment.
Because custom orders are made upon request, please alow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you need a custom item sooner (7-10 days), don't hesitate to contact me for rush availability. Most times, I am able to accomodate you!
I use USPS Priority to ship all packages in the US only. I am sorry, but I am unable to ship outside of the US at this time. If you are from outside the US and wish to place an order, please contact me and I will try to accomodate you.
Shipping starts at $2.50, some larger items will require higher shipping charges. Shipping on multiple orders may be combined, please contact me to request combined shipping.
A Delivery Confirmation # will be provided for all packages. Orders over $50 will also carry insurance against loss or damage in the mail. You may opt out of the insurance via private request; however, no refunds will be issued for lost or damaged items not carrying the suggested insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. Exchanged and returned items must be unused and undamaged.
2. Return postage to me is your responsibility as the customer.
3. Upon my receipt of returned items in good condition, I will refund original item amount and original shipping price *or* send the desired exchange item(s)at my cost.
4. Because of their one-of-a-kind nature, Custom made items are *not* eligible for refunds. I work to communicate with you about what exactly you want and need in a Custom order before using the materials and time to create it.
5. Exchanges on Custom orders may be acceptable on a case-by-case basis, please contact me if you desire to exchange a Custom order.
