I Love What I Do!

Returns and exchange details
As a result of the custom, cut to order nature of the shop's products, I do not accept returns. If there is a problem, please contact me and we can work to find a solution.

Please notify me of any damages or issues with your order-I can not make the situation right, if I am unaware of it.
Shipping
Shipping charges are an average, based on the ribbons I currently have in stock.
Weights are difficult to estimate because not all ribbon weighs the same, some are much heavier than others.

All orders are shipped First Class USPS, most within 2-3 business days. First class mail comes with tracking, but no insurance. If you would like to add Priority Shipping, which has packages arriving within 2 -3 days, plus $50 insurance, let me know. I do have a shipping upgrade listing within the shop. If the package is over 16oz it will ship via Priority Mail.

*****I do not offer refunds on packages that were addressed to the correct address, shipped to the correct address and marked as delivered by the USPS.*****

*****The shop is not responsible for third party delays in package arrival time. Shipping carriers may be experiencing issues that impact the speed at which they are able to make deliveries. Those issues are beyond the shop's control and therefore, the shop does not offer refunds or re-shipment of orders as a result of those delays.*****

*****The shop is not responsible for orders that are "lost in the mail" or marked "in-transit" indefinitely by USPS. Those issues are with the third party shipping carrier and are out of the shop's control. As a result, the shop does not offer refunds or re-shipment of orders, if USPS mishandles packages. The shop HIGHLY recommends the additional purchase of the priority shipping option offered within the shop. This option protects the buyer for up to $50 in loss of package or damage at the hands of the USPS. Without this additional purchase of priority shipping, there is absolutely no recourse with USPS for the buyer.*****

Occasionally I am inundated with orders and it takes me a little longer than usual to ship orders, I do apologize, but it is just little old me filling the orders. *Please note that while I do my very best to describe the color, texture, etc. of the ribbons accurately, the shop cannot be held responsible for variations in color due to the difference in computer monitors.*

*Please contact me for bulk discounts. I can offer a discount if you are purchasing by the roll or orders of 50+ yards.*
