Hey friends! We work conventions and toy shows every month in addition to our online shop here, and one of the most common questions that comes up is "How did you get started in 3d printing?". It isn't a very glamorous story, we just bought a small, beginner resin printer to make miniatures for friends when we played Dungeons & Dragons together. Once we got the hang of it, a couple of friends mentioned that we should try selling our prints on Facebook because they were coming out pretty good. We started printing a bunch of different keychains and smaller figures, eventually growing and learning more and more about 3D printing (and sanding, and painting, and air brushing, and how to use a heat gun, and how to use a rotary tool, and how to... etc etc etc). We started venturing into FDM printing, and in printing bigger or more functional prints, and eventually found our way to Etsy and to toy shows and conventions. We are still continuing to learn how to print bigger and better, and to provide higher quality prints for you. This business started from us just looking to add a little more fun when hanging out with our friends, and really that's our approach to what we print. We want you to have fun when you come to our site, or see us at a show. Every time we print something new, we are so excited to pop the print off the plate once it is done and see the end result, like getting a surprise as a kid. We get to create things that we love, and to spread that bit of excitement and happiness we get from it to you. Really, that's what we feel our business model is... printing excitement and happiness :)
