Creating Unique Jewelry
My grandfather was a metalsmith. I studied formal jewelry making at a fine arts program in California. I learned metal sawing, forming, hand engraving, soldering, wax carving, casting, and stone-settings. After learning the basic skills of making jewelry at school, I started experimenting with many techniques in forming metals and I've recently started to work with PMC Sterling.
I use only high quality materials, so it's safe for you and the environment, also its beauty will last longer. Since I do not mass-produce jewelry, Etsy is my only venue, and I do not offer wholesale. I enjoy giving each piece detailed attention and polish them up carefully one by one. My spouse is in charge of shipping and quality control.
Eco-friendly Silver:
PMC and Argentium Sterling Silver are both manufactured by companies that collect metals which have already have been used and reclaim these metals. Such items as computer circuit boards and silver from photographic supplies are processed to PURIFY and RE-ALLOY the silver using earth-friendly practices. So, it's SAFE for you to wear and good for the planet as well. Also, Argentium alloys do NOT contain nickel.

What is the shipping time for U.S. orders?
Processing time and Transit time:
As circumstances vary, the tracking is included but the delivery date is NOT guaranteed.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Please use Etsy CONVERSATIONS, and ask for the "Return Authorization Number" and "Return Address" before sending the product back for a refund, or your refund may not be processed.
(Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. )

Package returned to sender by the Post Office. What do I do now?
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure you are there to receive it or pick it up at the Post Office.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or because the package was not picked up/called for, a refund will be issued to the customer for the price of the items enclosed (minus shipping costs).
