Please read all descriptions carefully as the supplies here range from new unopened to gently used. A refund or exchange will be offered if the item you receive does not match the photograph and description. If you have any concerns, please contact me, I am sure we can find a reasonable solution!

I accept paypal as well as credit cards through etsy's direct checkout process.

I ship as quickly as possible, but if you need something in a rush, just let me know and I will do my best. I do not mark items shipped until I have put them in the mail slot, so if your purchase shows as shipped then it is in the postal service's hands!

Whenever possible, I've tried to include discount shipping rates for multiple purchases, but if actual shipping and handling costs come to more than $2 less than you paid, I will refund the difference by paypal. Items are shipped by USPS by the lowest rate available (usually first class large envelope or parcel). If you require expedited shipping or delivery confirmation, please convo me first so I can add the additional cost.

I do ship internationally; however, due to Jan '13 postage increases, please send me a message if you would like an international quote. Please include the item(s) that you are interested in as well as your location, and whether you would like tracking or expedited delivery.
