I ordered a sphere from this shop over a month ago. It was packaged very well and the seller very easy to work with. The sphere didn’t fit the bill for what I wanted so I contacted the seller and she was very quick to respond and very much wanted to make the transaction right. She did offer a refund after receiving her sphere back which she promptly did. The communication was very easy and pleasant and I must say that even though getting what you want is important, should there be an issue, customer service is even more important.
