Custom and personalised orders
Yes, many items can be engraved on the back side of pendant. Engraving is limited to a maximum of 2 lines and 20 characters per line.
Message cards inside gift boxes can not be personalized in any way before shipping, although some have space along the bottom so you can handwrite in your name and a sign off if you choose.
There is no way for me to leave a personalized message or note for your gift recipient with your order.
My Order Has Missed The Delivery Date Deadline for a Special Event, My Order Is A Gift, What can I do?
I know sometimes shipping takes longer than we anticipate. But good things are worth the wait.
Just send me a message and request the "Your Gift Is On It's Way graphics" and I will email you a picture file. You can attach these graphics to an email or print them out on your home computer and give them to your gift recipient at the special event.
So you can let them know you didn't forget them and give them something while they wait for delivery of their gift.

ADDING YOUR PHOTO TO PHOTO JEWELRY
After you've purchased and paid for your order, use the Contact button, in Etsy, to Message Me and include your photo.
You can send me up to 3(three) photos and I will pick the best one to use for you. I don't edit your photos.
Before I have your pendant made I will send you a message with a custom mock-up.
You will need to approve the mock-up design before I get it created. After you've messaged me that you approve it, your photo charm pendant will be handcrafted over the next 3-6 business days.
