Wheel Thrown Pottery

Started making pottery in 1970 in New York. Opened a studio and gallery in Larchmont, New York in 1974 under the name of Rising Pottery. Moved studio to Las Cruces, New Mexico in 1986 under the name of Rising Sky Artworks. Currently dba online as Rising Sky Pottery. Producing wheel thrown and hand built cone 10 stoneware functional pottery utilizing gas and electric kilns. Our glazes are our own recipes developed over a 40 year span.
UPDATE: November 2016 - after a two year break we have re-established our studio in Pensacola, Florida and are now producing a down-sized inventory of stoneware pottery.
