The keychain itself was what is pictured, however the writing was off-centered and inconsistent. There were smudge marks from the coloring of the letters, and one letter was visibly sketched twice looking very sloppy.

I contacted the buyer and explained that "I believe in you" is right-justified because of the copper disc (so it isn't so hidden underneath). I offered to make another one at no charge but she was on a time constraint and refused. I stand behind my products and want every customer to be happy. I pride myself on maintaining a 5 star rating because of my customer satisfaction.

Boho Chic Bracelets and Hand Stamped Jewelry

I have went through many different "cycles" of product development. I did recycled art for a bit, then I switched over to making baseball and softball flip flop flowers in February 2014 and sales were insane. But 16 months and over 30,000 cut petals later, I had carpal tunnel surgery. (All that leather cutting really jacked up my wrist!)

I have been hand stamping jewelry for several years. And love making beaded bracelets that are colorful and boho chic. So I combined the two into this shop and have definitely found my niche! And definitely much easier on the wrists.
