My tiles are all one of kind so I cannot exchange them. I take every precaution to make sure they do not get broken en route. If ceramics arrive broken, I will refund (minus shipping) a full refund with picture of broken piece and 1/2 refund without.

LOST PACKAGEs

-Tracking is provided on all domestic packages. If you report an item missing and the tracking confirms it was received no refund will be issued.

- Tracking is not provided on international packages so you need to contact me if a package does not arrive. International packages will not be considered lost until 30 days after shipping. Because of the cost of my items, I will only refund 1/2 of a missing item (minus shipping) to international locations.

I accept paypal unless otherwise talked about. If you do not pay within 3 days of the initial purchase, I will relist the item.

I will accept a money order--convo me first and i will create the listing for you. item will not be sent until after the money is received.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, please convo.

I generally ship once a week, usually by USPS 1st class or UPS ground, due to the weight of my tiles.
I do my best to get things out the door within 3-5 days of receiving payment. If you need something by a particular date, please notify me by CONVO as I don't always check my receipts every day.
I will ship internationally if you convo me first and we work out shipping prices. Because my tiles are heavy and require bulky pkging--the flat rate to ship overseas is $46. This price would cover up to 3 tiles.
I will insure, confirm and track each package--if you need to upgrade to faster shipping, convo me and we will work out a new price.

for international shipping-I am not responsible for any customs charges that may occur for any reason. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

If your etsy and paypal addresses differ, please tell me which to send to. As default I will send to the etsy address, but the item will no longer be protected through paypal.

I am available for and welcome wholesale and/or consignment orders. I CAN DO CUSTOM MADE TILES OR TILE MURALS IN LIMITED SIZES. PLEASE ALLOW A MONTH FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. MY TILES MAKE UNIQUE AND WONDERFUL WEDDING PRESENTS.
