Due to the uniqueness of items sold by Rivershed, I do not allow exchanges. If you believe that a work you purchased is defective, please let me know within 7 days and I will accept a return. The buyer will pay return postage, in the same manner as shipped. You will be credited for your purchase.

Payment by Pay Pal is preferred, and payment is expected within three days. This helps me keep shipments moving.
I also accept payment by check or money order. If you choose to pay by check or money order, let me know and please send your payment so I receive it within a week. Checks must clear before I ship.

I generally ship by Priority Mail with a shipping confirmation. Typically, insurance on breakable items is included. If you prefer a different shipping method, upgrade, or insurance, please let me know so these can be included. Shipments are usually made on Wednesday and Saturday. If quicker shipping is necessary to have a gift arrive on time, please let me know! If something is a gift and ships directly to the recipient, please let me know so that I can wrap it for you. If you purchase more than one item at a time, shipping will be combined to give you the best rate.

I am always happy to talk to you about a custom order. Most gourd art can be created in a different size or color or on a differently shaped gourd. Please contact me by convo and we can work together on a gourd you will love!
