RIYKA

To be eligible to purchase Items on this shop customers must:

1. Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
2. Warrant that the personal information, which customers are required to provide when placing an order is true, accurate and current in all respects.

Customers agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that the customer is not authorised to use. By using this site customers agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms.

Making A Purchase

When a customer orders an Item from RIYKA shop the customer is offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. The customer will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the Website. The customer places an order for Items from the Website by completing the online order process.

Unless RIYKA notifies the customer that their order has not been accepted, or the customer has cancelled their order in accordance with the Returns policy set out below, RIYKA’s acceptance of the customer’s order and the completion of the contract between the customer and RIYKA will take place when the customer receives an email from RIYKA confirming the Items they have ordered.

RIYKA’s acceptance of the customer’s order will be deemed complete and received by the customer at the time and date of sending of the email, which time and date is specified on the email. The deemed time and date of receipt by the customer shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside RIYKA’s control, the customer has not received that email.

RIYKA may not accept a customer’s order if:

An item the customer has ordered is out of stock,
RIYKA is unable to obtain authorisation for the customer’s payment or,
If RIYKA identifies a product or pricing error. RIYKA reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by a customer at any time and at the sole discretion of RIYKA.
If RIYKA is unable to fulfil a customer’s order following RIYKA’s order acknowledgement, RIYKA will contact the customer by email or telephone advising them of this. See the Returns policy set out below. RIYKA will try to keep its Website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available. If RIYKA can't supply any Item it will release the funds being held in the customer’s account for the purchase.

Pricing, taxes and duties

All prices indicated are inclusive of the respective taxes of the country the RIYKA is based in (UK) and are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
If items are ordered for delivery outside of the EU please note that the purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer . It is accepted by the customer that RIYKA has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance, international customs duties, taxes, and sales taxes if applied.

Coupon Discounts

Discounts may be offered to selected customers at RIYKA’s complete discretion. Discount privileges may be withdrawn at any time in relation to any Order that has not been acknowledged.

Payment

Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. The customer confirms that the credit/debit card that is being used is their own or that they have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses to authorise payment to RiYKA, RIYKA will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

RIYKA does not store customers’ credit card details on its systems, however all other details will be fully encrypted and only used to process the order which the customer has initiated.

Furthermore, RIYKA will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of customers’ orders and payments secure, but in the absence of negligence on RIYKA’s part, RIYKA cannot be held liable for any loss the customer may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data the customer provides when accessing or ordering from the Site.


Credit Cards

The customer’s credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is the customer making the order. RIYKA will retain the legal ownership of the Items until full payment has been made by the customer, and such payment has been received by RIYKA. Legal ownership of the Items will immediately revert to RIYKA if it refunds any such payment to the customer. Risk in the Items will pass to the customer on delivery to them.

GENERAL SHIPPING
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, RIYKA is not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.
RIYKA offers standard and express worldwide shipping. Standard shipping aims to deliver within 7 business days while express shipping aims do deliver within 1-3 business days depending on the destination. RIYKA bears the cost of standard shipping the items to EU and USA destinations.
NOTE: Free shipping is not offered for the item that is returned. Original delivery charges will be deducted from any full refund.

TAX AND DUTIES
If you are ordering items for delivery outside of the EU please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that RIYKA has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.

INSURANCE
RIYKA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by RIYKA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

CUSTOM ORDERS

RIYKA will sometimes advertise items that are available to be custom made. In addition, following a specific customer request RIYKA may manufacture an item, which will also be considered a custom order. In both cases, for such items, we aim to dispatch within 7 days. There might be differences in materials/colours available from the original image and a higher price depending on nature of customization, RIYKA will inform customer regarding all the options before taking any payment.
