I knew then that I would be reaching back out to her this summer when I started stocking up on holiday supplies. She definitely didn’t disappoint last year or this year, so I anticipate ordering custom blanks each year from here on out. I got swamped with some other things going on after I reached out this summer & forgot to get back with her. She was so sweet to reach out & check if I still needed them. Do you refund shipping cost overages?
Yes, I will refund shipping overages once all items in the order are boxed and weighed for shipping. Because of the size and various weights of the sublimation blanks it is hard to get accurate shipping costs for multiple items with the way Etsy has their shipping options set up. I ship via USPS normally. I can ship through UPS upon request. If you have any questions about shipping or if you would like an accurate quote before purchasing please message me with your address and I can get that for you. Thank you!
