5 out of 5 stars** Make sure to include your contact phone # (even if it is not shown as required) when making a purchase for shipping purposes! There was initially a shipping issue (I was part to blame for not including contact #). However, most importantly, Ratcha immediately resolved the issue and had excellent customer support. In my opinion, because things don't always go perfect, it is customer support that is most important. And it was excellent. To know things will be made right is a comforting feeling. I highly recommend this vendor.

- PAYPAL - Regular PayPal direct checkout on PayPal.com
- CREDIT CARD & E-CHECK - Buyer should have PayPal account. Payments made with Credit card or eChecks (eChecks take longer). It usually takes between 7 business days for an eCheck to clear and the money to appear in the recipient’s in my PayPal account. The item will be processing, made/shipped after payment cleared.

There is very less of a chance of items being lost with with this shipping service, but standard Airmail. International shipments may experience customs-related delays and it's beyond the control of the seller. In case THE SHIPMENT IS DELAYED. I need to let customers know that these problems unable to solve or any other action to make the product delivered to you by the specified schedule. If that is the case it may take a bit longer than shipment time estimate...

If that is the case it may take a bit longer than shipment time estimate. Please contact me via email if you have not received item in 30 days, I will check it with my service providers and find out what went wrong/replace/refund.
★ REFUND : Refunds are possible.

★ Full refunds CUSTOM ORDER (Only item made with the wrong product size, color, can not use, do not match with that stated in the description or a mistake that caused by ME) You can return the item if it is not used and it is in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
