I've been a potter for over twenty years and work diligently to provide pottery that illustrates my enjoyment and connection with clay. I believe in the handmade item and it's ability to create a unique connection between myself and those who use them and I hope that they will become a daily part of your life.
I make each piece from a lump of clay using the potter's wheel and personally develop it in every step of the process. My clay and glazes have been developed over years of study, testing, and experimentation. I mix them from scratch to ensure the maximum control, quality and reliability.
Because I make all my pots without the use of molds, every item will have subtle variations. This will be a natural quality of sets and custom orders.
All my pottery SAFE for food consumption and are oven, dishwasher and microwave safe but CANNOT be put on a stove or grill.
Payment is required before an item is shipped. I accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Checks and Money Orders. Please contact me if there are any concerns with purchasing from my shop.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of payment. FedEx ground or USPS are used for all shipments and a confirmation number will be provided for tracking once item has shipped. I try to keep the costs of packing and shipping to a minimum and pass the savings to my customers. I do this by re-using boxes and materials. I have averaged out the costs of shipping on the low end and this is what I charge for each item shipped. Shipments may be expedited by request but will be charged the additional shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns must be made within three weeks after an item has been shipped. Items must not be damaged or used. The refund amount will be paid within one week of shipment being received to allow for inspection of item. Returns not following these requirements will not be credited.
A refund or exchange will be given in the event of an item being damaged during shipping. I will need to file a report with the shipping company in order to collect the refund amount. The shipping company may request to inspect the package so please do not discard the box or contents.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders are available with a 50% deposit. Custom orders will take approximately 10 to 12 weeks depending on firing schedule. I will do my best to maintain a speedy process and will keep customers updated on the progress of their order.
A reminder - Due to the nature of how these pieces are made, every set will have subtle variations between each item. Customers who order custom sets should be aware of this and expect it in their order.
