Inspiration Junkie

I’ve been a “maker” since I was a child. It wasn’t until Etsy came along that I was offered a venue where I could finally sell my creations. I will always be grateful to Etsy for that. In 2006 I opened my shop and I sold my very first item. Through Etsy I was given that little push that I had dreamed of my entire life. Now, I have sold to people in countries all over the world, participated in craft shows, worked with companies that were interested in my products, and have had my creations carried in stores.

I have been working as a designer in the print industry since high school. It was while I was earning my Bachelor's Degree in Art, that I gathered more and more tools and supplies, and the knowledge of how to use them. It wasn’t until after graduation that I finally found the freedom to create things for myself and have confidence in my own work. This was also when my own unique style and vision emerged, something I chased after, without success, throughout college.

I'm very blessed and fortunate enough to have a studio room in our house where I can work. It is my creative retreat and it is where most of the magic behind robayre.etsy.com happens. I'm also a big believer in carrying a sketchbook where ever I go, and make sure to document all my ideas while out in the world.

I'm an occasional contributing Artist in Cellophane for Artomat, love sending mailart through the post, and even leave my art out in the world for others to find and keep and hopefully brighten people's days. For more information, see my profile on etsy, as well as my personal blog at robayre.com/news. Thank you for shopping at robayre.etsy.com.

Many of my items are available for wholesale. If you are a store owner and would like to sell my items, please feel free to contact me about prices and information.
