REFUNDS & RETURNS:
• We accept returns within 10 days BUT YOU MUST CONTACT US BY EMAIL FIRST PLEASE - so we can work out all the details. We refund the price of the item, not the shipping, unless the return is for something we did incorrectly.

INSURANCE:
• We do all the insurance from our end at our cost- *** WITH ONE STIPULATION: If you receive anything from us damaged, you MUST save all packaging and follow the instruction enclosed in the shipment!! It's simple - in order to get a damage claim paid - the shipper always wants to inspect the package - you must cooperate and make the damaged piece and ALL the packaging available for return to the shipper.
