Shipping policy - this shop is not responsible for items that are lost after USPS tracking shows it delivered. If an item gets lost and never shows delivered a refund will be offered.
If you have an item that shows delivered please contact your local usps, check your delivery address, check with your neighbors and check around the exterior of your house. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery please file a police report.
