Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! Absolutely perfect exactly what I expected. I can't wait for my daughter to wear it on her first birthday it's still two months away but I will try to remember to share a picture!

*** Production times do vary based on the volume of custom orders. Each order that is placed is calendar dated by date and time when order is paid for on my computer. Every order is completed in the order it is received and the time frames are "approximate". This means it may take a bit longer or it could be quicker. If you have a multiple order, that takes a bit more time. Please be aware of this! I do not have a big business with lots of employees, I am just one person and I take great pride in my work. I am very much a perfectionist and try to give you more than you pay for. If quality is not of importance, my store is not for you.

***RUSH ORDERS***

If you need an order by a certain date, please contact me via Etsy message BEFORE ordering. DO NOT put in the message box to me the date you need the order!!! If you need an order by a certain date outside of my production time stated, there is a RUSH order fee and you MUST contact me FIRST!!! If you put in the message box at checkout the date needed, without contacting me first to see if your request can be honored, I cannot ensure you will receive by date requested and there are NO order cancellations. I appreciate you understanding. I have these policies to be fair to all of my customers. Rush orders are filled after my work day. The Rush Order Fee does NOT include Rush Shipping Fees. These are two different fees. The Rush Order Fee is to cover my time after my normal work day hours.

**Every customer wants their order as soon as possible and I totally understand this. Please take time to read all of my policies so there are no misunderstandings.

***Refund Policies****

Due to the customized nature of my items, there are NO refunds, exchanges or store credits. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order is placed, the items required to fill order are removed immediately from my inventory and placed with order. Every week, inventory is ordered based on the items to fill orders that were placed or held by purchases. There are NO cancellations of orders whatsoever. If you failed to read Robella Childrens Boutique Policies prior to ordering, I will not be sending you an e-mail to be sure you understand my Shop Policies. You are responsible for reading those rules and understanding them. By purchasing, you agree to ALL terms, conditions and policies. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ORDER CANCELLATIONS BE PERMITTED OR ALLOWED.

*** If you have ordered an outfit by mistake, please let me know ASAP and I can send you a refund.

THERE WILL BE A $5 CANCELLATION FEE.

If a cancellation of the order is requested after 3 days from the order date, there will be a 25% in addition to the CANCELLATION FEE.

If a cancellation is requested after 6 days from the order date, there will be a 50% in addition to the CANCELLATION FEE.

Orders may not be cancelled after 9 days.

Rush orders may not be cancelled.

Once the package has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are not possible.

*****SHIPPING****

I ship USPS Please allow 2-5 days to received after order is shipped.

Although it rarely happens-packages can get lost in the mail
I strongly advise you to purchase shipping insurance from me. Please contact me PRIOR to checking out so I can add it on.
I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail after I hand them off to USPS, if you have not purchased insurance. Thank you for your understanding.

***STORE HOURS****

Monday - Friday 9am - 6 pm. I do not work weekends nor holidays! My Etsy store is open 24/7, but my weekends and evenings are to spend time with my family. :) You are welcome to order and contact me after hours, however, if it is during the time my studio is closed, I will respond to your e-mails the next business day. I try to respond to all messages as soon as possible, normally within the same day it has been sent, but please allow me a couple of days to respond.

***PAYMENT****

I accept payments through Paypal. Paypal accepts major credit cards. Payment needs to be made at time of purchase before I can start your order. Paying by E-Check takes from 2-6 days to clear. Orders will not be scheduled until your E-Check clears and is deposited in my account.

Item must be pay immediately or the sale will be canceled. I do not accept money orders or personal checks.

If you DO NOT pay for your listing IMMEDIATELY after, OR inform me of when you will be paying for the transaction, I will be CANCELING the sale after 24 hours!! If you have no intention of purchasing the item, please do not agree to pay.

***Please be careful when ordering: get the correct size, make sure you have double checked spelling on personalized items. I do not offer a refund or exchange on custom made items but if I have made a mistake, I CERTAINLY will correct it. Please contact me within 24 HOURS of delivery confirmation and I will put a rush on your order to make it correct.
Shipping
My turnaround is up to 4 weeks, plus shipping (USPS lists this as 2-3 days). I cannot be held accountable for those orders placed and needed prior to my posted turnaround, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please be sure to read all Policies and Turnaround times prior to placing your order


Upon purchase of any item(s) you are agreeing to the time frame stated therein. Make time begins AFTER both payment and size has been received, and does not take into account shipping times, which vary depending on the location of the purchaser.

I do not do insurance and am not responsible for the item once it leaves my shop. The post office is great most of the time, but I can not be responsible for their mistakes! If you would like me to put insurance on your item just let me know in the notes to seller portion at check out & I will send you a request for payment through paypal!

**If an item is returned for any reason, I will send you a PayPal invoice for the shipping amount to re-ship the item. Please be sure to have an accurate address in ETSY PURCHASE to avoid delayed shipments or additional charges

If you are concerned about your package PLEASE purchase the additional insurance so that your order will be covered in the event that it is lost or delayed. .

I cannot be responsible for packages lost, damaged or delayed during transit. In the event that a parcel is lost, damaged or delayed during transit I will do everything I can to assist you, including filing any necessary claims. If a refund is issued by the shipping company I will gladly pass this along to you, however if a refund is not issued I unfortunately am not able to reimburse, refund, or remake your order at my cost

The Post Office quotes a 2-5 day delivery time for shipping (within the US). Once packages leave my studio they are beyond my control and I cannot be responsible for exact delivery dates or delays. If you're running on a tight time line please inquire about rush delivery options through USPS overnight), as this shipper has proved to be very reliable at delivering promptly as quoted. Most customers on a tight time line prefer to upgrade to rush shipping and have the peace of mind knowing exactly when their package will arrive,.

Insurance IS NOT included on any package unless requested. If you'd like to add insurance please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional cost.

Please read this section when placing or inquiring about a rush order. Rush order fees are additional fees charged to move an order(s) ahead in my schedule, they DO NOT cover any expedited shipping costs. If expedited shipping is desired please let me know and I will price out the cost differences

Again, rush orders do not include expedited shipping. And as such, I cannot 100% guarentee exact delivery dates. I can only guarentee the date that the pacakge will ship from my studio. If you would like to add expedited shipping in addition to the rush order fee please let me know and I'd be happy to accommodate.

Refunds and Exchanges
**All items are made to order with your specifics in mind, therefore exchanges and refunds are not possible. Please read through all lead times and shipping information prior to purchasing.

**Since all items are custom made, We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our part.
If this should happen. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of package.

If your order is incorrect or missing an item please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of package for correction.

**Please supervise children 3 and under while wearing tutus as some of them contain small parts such as flowers,and bows that are attached with safety pins for laundry purposes that can be a choking hazzard and I can not be held liable in the event that should happen.

***Computer Monitors do vary. I try to represent all colors accurately in natural light to ensure you receive exactly the tutu you're hoping for!

****ALL "FREE" HEADBANDS AND FLOWER CLIPS MAY VARY BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
