Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you are not satisfied with the product, I will refund you as long as the item is shipped back within 14 days after receipt and in the condition it was sent.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Payment
I can only accept PayPal payments.

If you don't have a PayPal account you can pay with your credit card choosing PayPal and clicking on Pay Now. You will be taken to PayPal to complete the purchase. Then you can pay with your credit card. After payment, you will be redirected back to Etsy automatically.



I ship prints only after I have received payment.
To cancel a purchase, please contact me.
Shipping
All photographs are shipped worldwide in secure envelopes fromI Italian postal service without trackin number in hard cover envelope for maximum protection.
This is the cheapest shipment I can offer.



Since photographs are printed by a professional lab, please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to ship.

I will ship to the Etsy address, so please make sure it's up to date and correct!
Let me know if you want the item to be send to another address

I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

ITALY : about 6-7 businness day

EUROPE : about 7- businness days

USA, NORTH AMERICA: 14-16 business day
ASIA, OCEANIA : 20-30 business days
