The item is great and exactly as ordered. However, after ordering the sign more than 6 weeks before I needed it, it still did not arrive in time. I contacted the seller several times, and was told it had shipped, but couldn't provide me a tracking number. Finally, 2 days before it was needed, the seller realized it hadn't been shipped yet. The seller made an extra effort to expedite shipping, but it still did not arrive in time.

Great idea, fast service, and Robin changed the crystal to a diferent color for me. The only thing I would recommend is displaying the measurements for future buyers as the washer is really BIG! I won't probably wear this because of the size, it's 1 1/4" across at the widest point, so a little big for me, but very personal and clever idea.
