Hello and welcome to my shop policies! :D If you have any questions that don't get answered here, please don't hesitate to convo me so I can help you!

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card

+ I accept Paypal and e-checks.

+ Please pay/send e-check within 3 days of purchasing an item(s) from my store.

+ if you need a bit more than 3 days, please convo me to let me know.

+ I can put an item(s) on "reserve" for you for a few days, if you really want something but can't get it right away. Just let me know. ♥

+ Lay-away is also an option!
+ I try to ship the same or next day, after payment is received (or e-check clears).

+ For lighter packages, I always ship First Class for speed and cost-effectiveness.

+ For heavier packages (over 13oz), I use Parcel Post. (Or, if Priority is cheaper, I will do that.)

+ A tracking number is included in the s/h of all domestic purchases.

+ I can add international shipping prices to any listing! Just convo me. ♥

+ I can also add other shipping options to any listing, if you want an item sooner and are willing to pay any additional costs.

+ I use Paypal shipping, so please make sure your Paypal address is correct.

+ I would love to ship any item(s) to a gift recipient. Please make sure to use the person's address when you pay with Paypal or e-check.
Refunds and Exchanges
+ If you're unhappy with your purchase or feel I misrepresented the item in my listing, please convo me before leaving bad feedback so that we can work out a return/refund; I will issue the refund after it comes back to me, and it must arrive back in the same condition as it was sent. ♥

+ If a domestic shipment is lost by the US mail service, I will do a full refund so long as the tracking information also says it was lost. I cannot, however, do full refunds for lost international shipments (I will do a purchase price refund!)

+ Packages shipped to the incorrect address will not be refunded; if in doubt, please check your Paypal address before purchase, as that's what I use. (I also cross-ref it with your Etsy address to be extra sure -- if there are any discrepancies, I will convo you before shipment.)

+ Packaged damaged by the postal service will not be refunded; I try my best to package my items carefully, but once they leave my hands, it's up to the kind people at the post office to get them to you safely.
Additional policies and FAQs
+ Please feel free to contact me for any reason!

+ I use lead-free silver- and gold-plated findings in all my jewelry! Some items I have gotten from reputable craft stores, but these days, I buy only from sellers on Etsy who state their items are "lead-free" in the listings.

+ I love custom orders! If you can think of it, I would love to give it a try. Or if you see a bracelet/necklace I've made, but want it to be a little longer or shorter, send me a convo and I'll see what I can do!

+ I realize not everyone loves the bowtie look, so if you see a plush you want without it, I can try my best to remove it before shipment.

+ I leave feedback for buyers after feedback has been left for me, just so that I know the transaction is complete and everyone is happy. :)
