Everything about my order was perfect! I bought a 3 cologne& 3 perfume oil sampler pack, and a massage bar. My order was easy to place, ready super fast, and packaged so nicely that I was able to add them to a gift without rewrapping them. The scents were amazing and long lasting-very true to the descriptions. The additional complementary sampler items that were addef were a great way to try other scents and items. Certain items (i.e. olive oil soaps, lip balms, body butter bars) may be more melt prone en route to warmer climates. Packages often sit on postal trucks or in a hot mailbox and I have no control over shipping conditions once your package leaves my hands. I do my very best to get your items to you in their proper form, but please remember that I have no control over the weather conditions. If you DO receive soft soaps or lip balms, just put them in the freezer or fridge for 30-60 minutes, or until the item is firm again. To help alleviate some of the issue, please track your package and take it out of your mailbox as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may have your package shipped to a different address (i.e. your office), where someone will intercept the package immediately, instead of leaving the package in a hot mailbox all day. I am NOT responsible for melted products! I apologize for any inconvenience and I truly appreciate your business!

Accepted payment methods
Payment via PayPal is expected within 48 hours. If you need more time, please contact me and I'll be happy to work with you. If I have not received your payment within 48 hours, and you have not made other arrangements with me, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. Please do NOT choose "other" as your form of payment, unless you are paying with a Gift Certificate. That is the ONLY other form of payment I accept, in addition to paypal.

My shipping prices are based on USPS First Class and Priority Mail estimates. All U.S. domestic packages weighing over 13 ounces automatically ship via Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation is included in the cost of shipping to U.S. addresses. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to reach you. If you are ordering a custom item, it may take up to 4 weeks, since these items are made to order.
NOTE: If shipping amounts seem a little high on some items, I estimated them on the higher side to account for oddly shaped items, and the chance that a package might be over 13 oz., since those items automatically must be shipped via priority mail. Please understand that soaps and scrubs are HEAVY, but you are only charged actual shipping charges. Any over-payments of more than $1.00 will be REFUNDED to you via paypal. You will NEVER overpay for shipping. :)
To be cost effective and offer the lowest possible shipping costs to my international customers, I automatically ship all orders outside of the U.S. via 1st class mail, which does not include delivery confirmation or tracking numbers. Canadian orders can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery, although they usually arrive within 10 days or so of shipment. All other international orders can take up to a month or more, but in many cases arrive within 1-2 weeks. Please keep this in mind if you need items by a certain date. I can ship your items via International Priority Mail if you prefer, but please contact me before placing your order for a shipping quote, so the listing may be updated for you.
Some of my international shipping estimates are high, to be sure the shipping amount is covered. I will gladly refund any shipping overpayments of more than $1.
Shipping upgrades are available in most situations. Please convo me with your time requirement and your zip code and I'll be happy to quote a price for you.
All U.S. customers will be provided a USPS tracking number. Unfortunately, tracking numbers for first class international shipments cannot be provided at this time. This is a limitation by the postal service, not myself. I apologize for the inconvenience to my international customers. Please see the above under "SHIPPING" for the full explanation.
Insurance is available but not required. If requested, the buyer pays insurance cost. If you would like your package insured, please convo me BEFORE purchase so I can quote a price for you and adjust your listing.
♥ LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would like your package insured, please see above and contact us for an insurance quote before making your purchase. All sales are final.
Please check your country's customs regulations before ordering with me. All customs fees and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. I will not mark your package as "gift", as this is fraud.
NOTE: Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to Italy, due to strict customs regulations. If you are from Italy and you place an order, I will have to cancel it.
Refunds and Exchanges
For the safety of all of our customers, all sales are FINAL. If you are not happy with your purchase, please convo me as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation together. I want to make you happy! PLEASE NOTE: I do not do refunds/exchanges whatsoever if you are unhappy with a fragrance. Fragrance is fully subjective and I cannot be responsible for your taste in fragrance choice.

All product ingredients can be found in my item descriptions. Please read them carefully if you have any allergies, as we can not be held liable for any allergic reaction you may have to any of our products. If you are allergic to latex, you may want to avoid shea butter, as shea butter contains natural latex. If you are unsure, please consult your physician before ordering.
♥ SOAP CARE TIPS
Your soaps will arrive securely wrapped to preserve their fragrance and color. If you're not going to use them right away, keep your soaps wrapped and store them away from heat. Using a well-draining soap dish with holes or slats in the bottom (anything so they're not sitting in a pool of water) will help your soaps last longer.
♥ SCRUB CARE TIPS
Our scrubs contain a mild preservative, but please use them within 3-4 months of opening them and keep water out of the jar, in order to keep them fresh.
If you choose a color or fragrance that cannot be done on a certain product (i.e. fragrance out of stock, etc.), I will convo you to let you know and you can choose something else, or you will be refunded.
