The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If the reason for the return is my fault I'll gladly cover return shipping, if the return is due to a change of mind on the customer's part, then the customer is responsible for return shipping
Shipping
Shipping overages of $3.00 or more will be refunded to the customer.
International orders will be shipped first class mail.
All duties, tariffs, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
I am not responsible for lost packages or damage to packages during shipping. If you wish to add postage insurance please notify me.
