About

I'm just a Rockaway girl trying to save the world.

I'm a Brooklyn native, a high school guidance counselor and an animal advocate who lives in Rockaway Beach with my husband Steve and our six rescue cats.

I spend much of my time practicing and teaching yoga, trying to save the world one teenager at a time and convincing people that they need more rescue cats in their life. My daddy says I'm a princess. If I had it my way, everyone else would too. I'm a dreamer and a wanderer with a bit more than a bit of a practical side. I've spent my entire life chasing the salt air and sand in my hair, and now I'm blessed to live it every day in gorgeous Queens, even in the winter.

My hand crafted jewelry is a little bit gritty and a whole lot of pretty. My jewelry is made from base and precious metals, semi-precious stones and vegan inks. I'm a crafty babe, and have been making different kinds of home decor and jewelry forever. Some of my designs are inspired by Rockaway Beach and the gypsea in all of us. Lots of it comes down to the expression of my natural Brooklyn girl roots. I mean, I represent Queens but I was raised out in Brooklyn.

I volunteer for an amazing animal rescue, K9Kastle. They rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need - most often saving cats from the dreaded "kill list" in New York City's Animal Care & Control. In addition to the regular fundraiser through specific jewelry designs, one dollar from all purchases will automatically be donated to K9Kastle. If you'd like to donate to them directly, please visit K9Kastle.org.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

I LOVE custom orders! If directions for ordering something custom aren't clear or offered for a particular item, please message me. I'm so happy to try to make you the jewelry you are imagining! Almost everything I make can be customized but please note that adds a few days to the processing time.

Sizing details

Most chain lengths are listed, however I am happy to create something similar for you at your length preference. Just message me or request customization. The cuff bracelets are 6 inches long, which fit most women's wrists and can be adjusted. If you're concerned, take a 6 inch length of string and check. I also have aluminum in 7 inches for those who would like a larger size.

Care instructions

Brass and Copper both oxidize. They turn colors naturally.

The vegan ink I use is semi-permanent. It will fade slowly.

To prolong the life and beauty of your inked and base metal jewelry, avoid getting it wet or exercising in it.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All products will come simply and beautifully wrapped in 100% recycled kraft boxes and/or 100% recycled tissue paper and bakers twine.

If you order more than one product, please specify if you would like them wrapped separately. My default is to wrap together to help save the planet and all.

Wholesale availability

If you'd like to order more than 10 items of the same design, please contact me for bulk price.

I am in over 20 shops all over the United States. If you'd like to discuss wholesale pricing for resale, please send me a message. I LOVE to create new designs for small businesses.
