Once upon a time there was a creative introvert who had a penchant for alternative art and fashion. She always had colour in her hair and never being one to pigeon hole her style she listened to everything from Metal to Hard House.

Away from the mainstream of rainbows and unicorns, she vowed to create art that would appease her desire for the alternative; a label for the label less. Thus, Rock Chic Boutique was born so she could share it with you and encourage you to embrace your individuality.

She found beauty and intrigue in the macabre, combining beautiful imagery and typography to breathe life into a range of wall art that will only enhance your alternative home decor.

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Changed you mind? We are confident you will be happy with your purchase and shopping experience with us. If however you are not 100% satisfied or have simply changed your mind then you can return the item AT YOUR COST for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the goods coming in to your possession. However, you must inform me of this decision to return the item within 14 days, please email me at rockchicdesignsuk [!at] gmail.com. I will then issue a refund and cancel the transaction within 14 days after the goods have been received back.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO YOUR EXACT SPECIFICATION ARE NON RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

POSTAGE COSTS FOR ALL RETURNS ARE NON REFUNDABLE and please bear in mind you are responsible for the item until it is received back. We would advise using a tracked service. Refunds will not be processed until within 14 days of the goods being received back.

Any returned products must be in the same saleable condition as you received them and in the original packaging where possible, complete with a copy of your invoice. If the item is to be exchanged then the replacement will be sent out once the returned goods have been received, any refunds due will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. DAMAGED ITEMS LOSS & CLAIMS

In the event of receiving goods that have been damaged beyond use in transit, photographic evidence and a brief description will be required within 14 days of the goods being delivered to you for us to be able to make a claim against Royal Mail. Please email these to rockchicdesignsuk [!at] gmail.com

As is standard with a Signed For service, we will always obtain proof of posting and upload the tracking number to you.

If an order is lost in transit, we are happy to replace it, however an item is only considered lost if it has not arrived and not been returned to the sender within 10 working days in the UK, 20 working days in Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. Before sending a replacement, we will ask you to check that the address supplied was correct and that you have checked with any neighbours in case they have taken delivery on your behalf, and with your local sorting office (in case it is being held there after a delivery attempt). We cannot be held responsible for items that become lost once a neighbour has taken delivery.

If an item has not arrived within the expected time frame please remember that delivery times are only a guide and parcels may take longer during busy periods, festivities or Bank Holidays.

If there has been any error on my part with the order then please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible prior to leaving feedback and I will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Payment can be made using all major credit or debit cards and Etsy gift cards where available when you purchase via my Etsy Shop. If your card is not registered to the address you would like your order sent to please add the required delivery address in the 'note to seller' section.

You can also pay by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. After you choose this method you can scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. At no point will I see your credit/debit card details. In accordance with PayPal, if you choose this method we will only ship to the address confirmed on the invoice at time of payment, so to avoid delay please make sure your delivery address matches on Etsy.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped and for personalised listings payment must be made in full prior to any work starting. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can. Your order will be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

PERSONALISED DESIGNS

Personalised orders must be paid for in full at time of ordering. Your item will be completed within the time frame as stated in the listing, but if there are any unexpected delays, I will contact you accordingly. I will send you an image of the final design to approve and check all spelling and content before it goes to print. The final print will not be completed until you have approved this so to avoid delay please look out for a message and/or convo. If any mistakes are found once approved and printed then a re-print will be required at your cost.
Shipping
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Each print is individually made to order and will be sent to you directly from our professional printing partner. For the best possible service and peace of mind, all orders are only ever sent on a Signed For service as standard with Royal Mail. All items will require a signature upon delivery. Without using this service we would have no way of tracking down any item should it go missing and therefore not be able to claim in the event of any loss or damage. For International orders tracking availability depends on the destination.

Your print will be produced to the highest standard and will arrive to you using their flat wrapped service. An acid free backing board will keep your prints flat and individually wrapped in a cellophane bag and then a mailing bag.

*Delivery Times are on top of our order processing times of 3-5 days:

UK orders - Sent 1st Class Signed For with Royal Mail, delivery aim of 1-2 working days, this is not a guaranteed service and may take longer.

EU orders - Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, delivery aim of 3-5 working days. This is not a guaranteed service and may take longer.

Rest of the World - Sent via International Signed (Tracking depends on destination) has a delivery aim of 5-7 working days. However items could take up to and longer than two weeks if the parcel gets stuck in transit and or customs.

In all cases once your order has been posted you will receive an order status update email with the tracking information (where applicable)

*Please bear in mind these times are only a guide and not guaranteed. During busy periods, festivities or Bank Holidays your parcel could be delayed, It doesn't happen very often, but it can happen. We cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control once your order is in transit. If you wish for a quicker service please ask and I will see what options there are for your destination, this will be at your cost.

Your parcel will need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18, if you have a good relationship with your Postman or delivery person you may be able to arrange for them to leave it in a safe place for you or with a neighbour, but we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost once they have been signed for on your behalf. If the item is returned to the sorting office and a card has been left for you, you can contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery for when you know you will be in to sign for it. Or you will have up to 18 days to collect it otherwise it will be sent back to the sender. You will be responsible for additional postage charges arising from re-sending the item.

Giclée Prints - Please bear in mind that there may be a colour difference from what you see on screen to the final print in real life. Your mobile device or computer screen is back-lit and the brightness and tone of colour you see will vary depending on the individual devices settings. Once printed the white can only be the colour of the paper.
