Announcement    For the record, I fund and run this shop on my own for the cat rescue voluntarily.

This small business takes a lot of hard work & supplies to keep it running. On top of the items you purchase/paying for shipping, to keep this shop going it requires:
Paying etsy's fees, buying lots of supplies (envelopes/mailers, ​packing material, shipping labels, stamps, LOTS of printer ink, paper, vinyl sticker paper, cutting machine supplies, business cards, craft supplies, lots of TAPE), accounting for mis-cuts/prints of stickers & shipping labels, organizing inventory, constant maintenance/checking the site for messages, shipping off orders on a regular basis, hand making items, design work/drawing a lot, working w/ companies to produce products, making sure I pack & protect every item well, replacing items lost in the mail for free (& funding the re-shipping), writing, advertising, social media, & more.

I'm not a huge corporation, I also have a full-time job on top of this! (And I help at the cat rescue in person when I can.) All of my items are either handmade by me, designed by me (or occasionally another volunteer), packaged by me, supplied by me, produced by me, &/or the production is funded by me (In which I do the work speaking with the factories & suppliers to create & stock things.) The shopkeep is wholly funded by me. I try to re-use and recycle shipping materials like bubble wrap, plastic bags, tissue paper, paper bags, & boxes as much as I can to save money & not add more waste this planet but I can only do so much! (For example, I have to use new bags for anything that needs to be sanitary for your cat.) You are purchasing an item made, produced, or packaged by one person working voluntarily for a non-profit special needs cat rescue... because I LOVE this cat rescue & I want it to succeed!
