BABY PHOTOGRAPHY PROPS - pdf knitting patterns
rocketclothing's Shop Policies
Hi there A little bit about me...... I studied knitwear design at art school in the UK and have worked as a designer in the fashion industry for the last 20 years designing for many designer labels and high street stores. I set up rocket clothing back in 1995 and my childrens designs have sold to small boutiques and gift stores across the UK. My rocket denim collection also sold in Harrods, London. Last year I decided to stop selling to stores......enjoy a stress-free work/home balance.....and give lots of attention to my wonderful little boy. Nothing can stop me knitting though!....I will be placing my designs on Folksy regularly when they have been created and are ready to send.... so watch this space for an exciting selection of jumpers, cardigans, hats, scarves, and mittens in indigo dyed denim , colourful cotton and soft wool as well as a selection embroidered bodysuits (onesies) and t-shirts. Watch out for my Christmas embroideries! Thanks for popping by and hope to see you again soon.
I accept most credit/debit cards and all payments go through PayPal.
Purchases will not be posted until payment has been received in full.
PLEASE NOTE Sadly I have had to come to the decision NOT TO SELL TO other Baby Shops or Photo Props shops because ... sadly my designs have been copied by some other baby companies. The worst case was when another shop actually transferred the photographs from my shop into their own online shop and sold them as their designs.
As it takes a lot of time and money to design my knits and write the knitting patterns, I have decided not to sell my knitting patterns to any other stores selling baby knits as a standard policy. This has had to be done in order to protect my company and save time dealing with each shop on a one to one basis. As I normally have several baby knit companies wanting to buy my knitting patterns each week it was taking up a great deal of time. This combined with time taken chasing up on infringement of copyright issues was taking me away from the precious time I would rather be spending with my lovely young family.
So so sorry if this upsets you.
TO ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS
knitting patterns will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Please email me if you have any queries.
Most knits are hand knitted to order and will take 5-7 days to make and ship once payment has been received. Please add on transit time to this time. Postage will be Airmail for overseas sales, and 2nd class post for UK sales. If you would like to upgrade to a faster or more secure delivery I will let you know the additional charge. I will always get a proof of posting for all shipments but I am afraid I cannot take responsibility for post that has been lost in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges of handknits are accepted as long as items have not been worn or damaged in any way and received within 1 month of receipt.
I am sorry but there is no refund given for my knitting patterns once they have been emailed to you.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you don't see the size or colour that you would like in any of my designs, don't hesitate to ask if I can make one for you. I will do my best to help
