5 out of 5 starsLove these! Brenda allowed me to choose the perfect colour which was much appreciated. Took quite a while to arrive but considering they were coming from The Netherlands to New Zealand in the midst of a global pandemic that was probably to be expected. I am delighted with my purchase and with Brenda’s communication throughout.

5 out of 5 starsThe necklace is absolutely perfect, and is such a beautiful reminder of my time in Jordan! Brenda was so helpful in putting me together a custom order so that it was exactly what I wanted. When it arrived it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined and such a pretty colour too. It makes me feel so happy and nostalgic for wonderful Jordan whenever I look at it. Thank you Brenda!

5 out of 5 starsJust special stone. Preseli blue stone and unprocessed. Then the energy of this stone seems to be at its most powerful. I'm glad I found this one.

Most of my work is sold in Jordan through an organisation called RSCN - The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature. The oldest environmental organisation in the Middle East. Part of the proceeds go back into local nature conservation - Jordan.

Jordan
RSCN is the main outlet for the jewellery and part of the proceeds are used to help nature reserves in Jordan. The boxes in which the items are packed are handmade by a RSCN workshop, near the Iraqi border. It provides a very needed income for the local people.
Shop policies
It took me a while before I had found a way to capture them into something more usable: a truely unique piece of jewellery and a real pieces of art. Every piece I've made is different! That is of course, as every stone is different.
By now I have really beautiful stones from very special places in the world: the desert in Jordan, the Lowest Point on Earth - the Dead Sea (Jordanian side), Barbeton in South Africa as being the oldest rock in the world and stones that was used for making the inner circle of Stonehenge.
I like the stones by itself. But occasionally I tumble. When I do then I'll write it in the description of the product.
It would be wonderful to hear from you... I'd like to çhat' about stones!

Payment
I am a small shop and everything I do, I do honestly and reasonably. I trade in a way I would like to be treated myself. In case there is a problem, we'll work out something good.
Shipping
Would you like to have it sent by registered mail then the costs for sending will be higher. see the 'upgrade'. Roughly it is 8-10 euro's extra. The delivery time is still an estimate and of course but I hope it will be with you within the time frame as mentioned.
When it is sent to you by normal mail (so no track and trace) be aware that it can even take up to 30 days or so. When your item hasn't arrived after 30 days, then let us liaise about what to do.
** Free delivery means without a hand made recycled gift box (even though it may say so in the text of the item)!! If it is a present, or you do want the hand made gift box then pls contact me. The gift box will add an extra 6 usd to the costs of the item.
Important- I do try to reduce my impact on the environment. I re-use most of my packgaging. That means that your package may not arrive in a brand new envelope. The wrapping material is re-used as well. Boxes are made of recycled paper by an environmental socio economic project in Jordan.
small print, but important:
If the shipped item returns back to me due to wrong mailing address, not picking up from the mail depot, the customs or anything in such, I will try to reach you to see what we should do. We can do one or two things. I can issue a 50% of the products price or I can resend the product. Resending the product will result in the normal shipping fee. If you had free shipping costs, then the resending will result in shipping costs!
If you haven't received the item, but the tracking number says the package was delivered to the correct address, I can't be hold responsible. Since I have no control over the mail, I can not be held responsible for the delivery part. 9/10 times, it was delivered to the neighbors, check there, and if it's not there, please contact your local mail provider/post office/ post depot to see where it was left or delivered to.
It sometimes happens that the mail delivery person doesn't have a ' failed delivery card' to put in your letterbox when you are not at home. The track and trace may say ' delivered', but you didn't receive it. It is then very likely that it is at your local post office/depot for collection! Usually it stays there for 14 days before being sent back.
Also I can not be hold responsible for any other customs costs/ import duties/ VAT etc.
So- Be aware that when you are outside the EU you can be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, import restrictions etc. Any such charges are your own responsibility, so please check the rules in your own country.
All this is a bit business like and I am sorry, but I hope it is fair.
Always contact me...and we can try to sort things out!
