Thank you for purchasing from Rock My World, Inc.
All of our pieces are made using the Lost Wax Casting Process. Each piece starts off as a piece of wax and then is handcast using only the finest Sterling Silver or 14kt Gold. Each piece is solid and we guarantee all of our work.
Most personalized pieces are made to order and will take 6-8 weeks to ship.
If you need any item sooner please convo us.
We accept paypal and U.S funds checks. You can also call our office with any questions @ 727-623-4646. All orders must be paid in full, 5 days after purchase or will be cancelled.
We ship all orders USPS with insurance. If you need any item over nighted there is an $23.00 extra charge for this.
We will notify you when your item has shipped.
All packages are shipped to your address on the Etsy account. If you do not want this please let us know.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with any product you receive please let us know. Please let us know within 1 week of receiving the piece. Since most pieces are personalized and made to order we will stand behind any piece for the quality of the work.
Any piece that is a custom piece using molds that are sent back to us are not returnable or refundable. We work with the molds that we receive back and can not change or alter these. Each piece is unique and will take on the quality of the molds that the customer sends to us. The pieces take us 1 week to create for each customer.
The customer is responsible for the quality and look of each mold they send to us. Our responsibility is to create a heirloom quality piece of jewelry from that mold.
Any other piece that is a custom made piece will also not be returnable or refundable.
