I had ordered this for a trip I was taking. It was due to come very close to the day I was leaving. I asked that it ship as soon as possible. It arrived in plenty of time. Excellent customer service and I love the product. I only wish it had a compartment on the outside for easier access to my phone, that being said, I love this bag.
