I have barely had this necklace more than one month and it has broken in several pieces after very gentle use. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Payment
I generally accept paypal and credit card, but let me know if you'd like to pay in another way. We can put our heads together to see if we can figure something out.

Please pay immediately after purchasing. Transactions will be cancelled after two days of non-payment, which is a bummer for both you and me.
Shipping
I ship via USPS, and get delivery confirmation. If you would like me to use a different carrier or faster method, just let me know. Usually this means, US buyers will recieve their package with 2 weeks, and international buyers should expect their package within 3 weeks.

I ship 1-2 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

International buyers are welcome! I figure out international shipping costs on an individual basis, so just let me know where you are and I'll be happy to give you an estimate. International buyers are responsible for any duties and custom charges that may be incurred.

Make sure your etsy address submitted during checkout matches your Paypal address. We don't want wayward packages!
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to exchange things for you, but unless the exchange is a result of my workmanship, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Returns are considered on an individual basis. I want you to be happy with your purchase!

Many of my materials are natural and unique. Slight variations bewteen what's pictured and a purchased item is bound to occur. Be assured, however, that If there is a noticeable variation in materials, I re-take the picture.
