Returns and exchange details
I'm sorry I can't accept returns or exchanges on digital downloads. All sales are final for those, but if you have a question or concern please let me know and I'll do my best to make it right.
Shipping
Larger prints are shipped directly from my lab in their reliably sturdy packaging. All sizes larger than 16x20 are mounted on backing board for easier handling. ALL SIZES SHIP FLAT.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If you have not received your order within 2 weeks (within the US) or 6 weeks (for international packages), please let me know. I will replace lost packages one time at no charge.
• If your print is damaged or defective I will send you a replacement right away. I may need to ask you to provide a photo of the damage.
All orders ship via either USPS or FedEx. A tracking number is included for all orders.
