ART DOLLS: If for some reason any of the Art Dolls arrive damaged, I do not offer a refund, because although I ask that the packages be marked "FRAGILE", I cannot control how the postal worker handles the package once I ship it out. EXCEPTION: if you have purchased insurance, please contact me within six (6) months (per consumer protection law), and I will send you your insurance details so you can file a claim with the U.S. post office.
ABOUT FEEDBACK: if you are unhappy with any purchase, *please* convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I am more than willing to work out a happy solution, but I feel it's unfair to leave neutral/negative feedback without first contacting me to see if the situation can be remedied.
