***All sales are final*** I would hate it if an item arrived damaged; I do my best to ensure that everything is packaged as carefully as possible

ART DOLLS: If for some reason any of the Art Dolls arrive damaged, I do not offer a refund, because although I ask that the packages be marked "FRAGILE", I cannot control how the postal worker handles the package once I ship it out. EXCEPTION: if you have purchased insurance, please contact me within six (6) months (per consumer protection law), and I will send you your insurance details so you can file a claim with the U.S. post office.

ABOUT FEEDBACK: if you are unhappy with any purchase, *please* convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I am more than willing to work out a happy solution, but I feel it's unfair to leave neutral/negative feedback without first contacting me to see if the situation can be remedied.
Payment
I use PayPal as my payment method- it's easy, fast and free. I do expect payment within three days of purchase; if something happens and you cannot do this, please convo or email me and we'll work something out.

Orders that have not been completed within 7 days will be cancelled without prior notice.
Shipping
My shipping charges cover postage and delivery confirmation, which I use for all U.S. orders (for my and your protection). Each print will be carefully packaged in a stiff mailer to prevent damage.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Looking for a particular character or style? Did you love something in my shop, but it sold? Convo me, and we can talk about creating a new piece or recreating a sold piece. I'm open to ideas.
