Located in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, we're happy to have you pick up your purchases rather than have them shipped, and if you live on the island of Alameda, we'll even deliver! How's that for service?

Accepted payment methods
If you have requested a custom order, we will inform you when we will have it ready as soon as the order is placed, so if time is of the essence, be sure you mention that from the get go so that we can meet (and hopefully exceed!) your expectations.
Because we rely heavily upon found objects for our inspiration, and because all of our items are lovingly and painstakingly handmade, we do not offer discounts or bulk orders.
If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, we would love to have you pick up your item if you'd prefer; just say so!
We are happy to ship things further afield than the US; please contact us for specific estimates.
Keep in mind, the shipping may be cost prohibitive to you on our larger furniture pieces.
Even for orders shipped within the continental US, I know those shipping fees are ferocious. It's nothing you did to make us mad, promise, it's just because great big, sometimes heavy, boxes are pricey to ship.
We will always default to ground shipping on our larger items to keep costs down, so please keep that in mind when ordering. Again, if you need your item quickly, we may have to explore other options.
We are also happy to offer shipping via Greyhound. It can take a few days to get across the country, but is considerably less expensive (for example, a recent shipment we priced out was less than half the cost on Greyhound than on FedEx). Upon arrival at your local station, Greyhound will call you directly.

If you would like us to purchase insurance for your item, we are happy to do so, and highly recommend it for delicate pieces or large furniture items.
We will combine shipping for smaller items or where applicable - we want your shipping costs to be as low as you do!
Refunds and Exchanges
We must receive the item back in the same condition in which you received it, carefully and safely packaged, and it must arrive back to our hot little hands within two weeks for any US orders.
Open and honest communication is key - we really want you to be happy and love our stuff, but we have very little time for shenanigans and shifty business dealings.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you love what we do with furniture, we certainly try to meet your needs there as well, but that will be a longer, and much more discussion heavy process!
Custom orders are not made until you have paid, so please allow for that extra time.
