Welcome to Gostwic, formerly RomanticDesires! Our ultimate goal is to provide unique and quality items to our customers and we take the construction of all of products very seriously. However, it is important to understand that these items are handcrafted. Therefore one should not expect items to be of "cookie cutter" mass marketing caliber. We're human and even though we strive for perfection, we are not perfect. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order PLEASE contact us to rectify the issue.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We will refund or exchange if your item arrives damaged, (Heaven forbid) we send the wrong item, or you are EXTREMELY unhappy with the product. You must let us know within 3 days of receiving your package that you will be returning it. Also, it must be sent back in it's original packaging and still in brand new condition.

***SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED - including the return shipping; they are the buyer's responsibility to pay. (The ONLY exception - if item is damaged due to original packaging or the wrong item is sent).

***REFUNDS CANNOT be issued on ANY of the MASKS, because of the fact that you'll be wearing it on your face. We wouldn't want to sell something used and we're pretty sure you wouldn't want to purchase something worn by someone else. (only exceptions are listed above!).

***ALL CUSTOM ORDERS - Please understand that all custom orders are FINAL sales, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom pieces. We will work closely with you to make you the perfect piece and will email pictures of the completed item for your approval BEFORE mailing.
We accept Credit Card or PayPal payments and money orders. PayPal payments should be paid within 2 days of purchase. If you choose to pay with a money order, please message us immediately and let us know. Payment must be received within 7 days.
Most of our items are pre-made and ready for shipment. We strive to mail these items within two/three days after payment is received - through USPS by first class or priority mail within the United States. Dependent upon destination, this usually takes 2-3 days. Priority packages include insurance and delivery confirmation which we will email information to the buyer the day item is mailed.

Custom items take a bit longer. We begin working as soon as the customer pays, but due to the processes used it can take up to 3 - 5 days to complete the item. Then we ship within 2 days of completion. **CUSTOM ORDERS** we will email pictures of the completed item for your approval before mailing. Please understand that all custom orders are FINAL SALES. We do not accept returns on custom made pieces.

International customers - because we have to take the item to the Post Office, it may take a couple of days after receiving payment. International delivery time varies between 2-4 weeks. Also, you will be responsible for any custom fees, so please be aware of your country's policies.

We're sorry, but due to custom restrictions, we do not ship to Italy.

If an item is lost and has not arrived in your hands after 12 business days have passed, please message us through Etsy and we will be happy to open a LOST ITEM inquiry with the Post Office. ***Lost items are only refunded after the inquiry has been closed and the PO have refunded us the value of the lost item. The amount will then be refunded to you through PayPal.
