Accepted payment methods

Payment
All payments must be made through Paypal. Payments must be made immediately after purchase, unless otherwise arranged (please contact me beforehand).
Shipping
I ship 3-5 days after payment of purchase is received (I will contact you, otherwise). All item are made, handled, and shipped with great care.
Because of pricing variations, I do not list international shipping, but INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE, just contact me and let me know where you would like me to ship and I will gladly add the price to the shipping list.
Romaroo Handmade is not responsible for any damage that occurs to items during shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
For returns: if you would like to return an UNDAMAGED item, please contact seller with a copy of the return shipment receipt for a refund of your purchase (i don't have to receive your item before I issue your refund but i do need proof that the item is on its way back).
Damaged (see last statement of shipping policy) or visibly used items DO NOT qualify for return and refund.
Please do contact me with any concerns about your purchase and I will do my best to fix any problems that might arise.
